September 5, 1999 Started out from Koigaura, arrive at Aburatsu.

Kohno, Yoneda, Matsumoto and Ide left Koigaura at 8:10 AM. The peaceful sea conditions today gave a comfortable voyage. They arrived in Aburatsu, Miyazaki prefecture at 13:10pm.

Along the way between Koigaura and Aburatsu, four sea Kayak enthusiasts, who are members of Miyazaki's  "Sea Lion" sea kayak club, joined Kohno's voyage until today's landing. Their presence was Very Welcome!

After experiencing river kayaking, this is Matsumoto's first experience at sea kayaking.  He felt the difference between sea and ocean kayaking. But, he said he is   also very impressed at the good specification of the sea kayaks.
